When you click donate you agree to the terms and conditions,
1. There are NO refunds for any of the packages available.
2. Give between 12 to 36 hours to receive donation. If it is not received in this time then you do not receive the package you selected along with a refund, this is a paypal problem so message them.
3. BEFORE AND AFTER you donate you must message me at traxxas03@gmail.com stating the following:
-Your Real name
- Name on paypal account(or cardholders name) and email
- Age (If below 18 must say accompanied with an adult over 18)
- The date you are going to make the donation (when emailing after the donation, state the say you send the money via paypal)
- The package you are donating to
-Your In game name you use on the server
- Saying you agree to these terms and conditions
4. If the package you are donating to says non-occurring, one time only, that means ONCE.
5. If you are below that age of 18 you must have an adult with you while making the purchase.
6. All information is safe. It is needed so I know who to give the package to
7. Please give me up to 24 hours to change your status depending on your package
8. If the package you selected has a time amount, your time starts on the day I change it. I will email you on this date.
9. Once I reach a maximum of donators, donations will shut down until the next year BUT any plans that still have time on them will be allowed to continue until they expire.
10. You get your plan the day I put it into action. If you don’t play for a week, that is not on me.
11. If you go against any of the server ruling including the use of mods etc. can get you temporary banned or banned for life. You will not receive a refund for your problem you started.
12. If you choose, you can still get ranks above VIP if that is the package you choose. If you are asked to become a moderator, you will lose VIP but gain Mod. No refund will be given though at any time.
13. If the server terminates before your subscription is up there will be NO refund given.
14. If the server experiences down time you will not receive those days back to your subscription time.
